Gabriele has over 25 years’ experience in leadership positions across multiple sectors, business sizes and ownership structures. She’s lived in Germany, Italy, Brasil and the UK and has worked internationally throughout her career.

reconfiguring teams, defining target operating models, and culture transformation underpinning all.

 

As a Chef Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer, she’s led large global teams and has been a trusted partner to General Management with an acknowledged 360-degree approach to all aspects of the business.

 

Coaching is one of Gabriele’s key skills, gained from extensive experience in executive roles and through postgraduate training at Henley Business School for the triple accredited Professional Certificate in Coaching.
