Coaching is available to organisations and individuals and can be arranged as bi-weekly or monthly sessions over six to twelve of months, depending on requirements and objectives. 

 

We will discuss whether the engagement would benefit from 360-degree interviews with selected colleagues to gather valuable input for the coaching dialogue. In all cases, interactions will be pre-agreed and confidentiality guaranteed on all sides.

 

​The selected Laurus Leadership coach will work with the client on defining their objectives and planning how to approach the desired change. The aim of the sessions will be to address the client's long-term objectives as well as short-term topics and / or concerns. This dual approach ensures that our clients feel supported in their current business lives, while working toward achieving their overall objectives. 

 

Gabriele and her colleagues draw on a solid business background and decades of work in executive positions and people development.

​Our coaches will also recommend further optional reading or homework to clients, to extend their options to learn.

Providing a solid coaching process is important, however we believe the key to our effectiveness lies in the coaching style we bring to the session. We aim to create an environment that is open, safe, insightful, adaptable yet consistently focused on the client's objectives. It’s important that our coaches mould their own styles to our client’s need (not the other way round!). This framework and style enables to investigate situations, motivations, options, perceived challenges and find solutions. We believe this will reliably lead to meet the objectives, create clear actions and  sustainable progress.

We typically offer packages for an agreed duration tailored to the individual client’s / organisation’s goals and can be flexible in terms of location, frequency and additional services as required.
